Allyson Felix was born in the month of November, 1985. The American track and Field athlete represent all of the U.S. at dozens of sporting events including the Olympics and World Championships. The track and field athlete has had the athlete win 21 gold six silver, and 3 bronze medals. Felix started to run in her 9th grade year. The sprinter is one of the most popular female athlete in track and field in history. She has also become an outspoken activist for several reasons in recent years. Allyson Michel Felix was born November 18, 1985 in Los Angeles. Her father, Paul Felix, was ordained as a minister at the Master's Seminary in Sun Valley as well as their mother, Marlean Felix, was the school's teacher in Balboa Magnet Elementary School. Felix was born with a talent to play sports. She discovered her sprinting aptitude while she attended Los Angeles Baptist High School. Just 10 weeks after her initial tryout, she came in second place in the 200 meters during the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship.
